Cycle Expo Yorkshire is BACK and bigger than ever before. Welcoming cycling enthusiasts worldwide, Cycle Expo 2019 will be returning to Harrogate’s Yorkshire Event Centre from September 21 to 22. Building on their first-year’s success, Cycle Expo 2019 is now an officially affiliated event of the 2019 UCI Road World Championships, as well as the official host of the UCI Road World Championships Official Sportive.

With all races set to finish in Harrogate, and the 2019 UCI Road World Championships Official Sportive finish line within Cycle Expo grounds, there will be an unmissable buzz and excitement at the show this year. There will also be live race action transmitted on big screens during the entire weekend of Cycle Expo 2019. 

Witness jaw-dropping stunts

Cycle Expo 2019 will be hosting the UK World Flatland championships, as well as multiple draw dropping stunt shows throughout the whole weekend, including the Fusion Extreme BMX show.  

Celebrity sofa sessions

Watch some of the most exciting names in the industry chat with Cycle Expo head of bike and journalist, Guy Kesteven. Stop by and see Olympian Lizzie Deignan, Paralympian Steve Bates (MBE), UCI World Trials Champion Jack Carthy and Pro BMXer Matti Hemmings PLUS many others. 

Fun for the whole family

Top kids coach Dave Burns from Strive will be taking tots from wobbling to being the next Wiggins’ in the indoor Kids Zone. The kids coaching will be running all day throughout the weekend, no booking or appointment times needed, just turn up. 

Try out the latest bike models

Beginners and experts alike are welcome to try out the latest models from some of the very best bike brands at Cycle Expo’s extended demo zones. From the novice and beginner, to the dedicated amateurs and professional, Cycle Expo Yorkshire has something for everyone!

Shuttle bus service

To make navigate your way around Harrogate as easy as possible Cycle Expo have a shuttle bus service running from the Cycle Expo show ground to the Fan zone. Why not park at Cycle Expo, explore the show and shuttle bus down to Fan Zone?

From the North : Al (M)

From the East : M621 – A1(M)

From the West : M56 – M62 – A1 (M)

Exit A1(M) at Junction 47 and follow Harrogate A59, then A658 and then A661.

At the traffic lights on the A661 next to the Sainsbury’s store, turn left into Railway Road.

From Leeds A61 or Bradford A658:

At the roundabout at the junction of the two routes follow signs for York/A1 along the A658.

At the next roundabout take the A661 signed Harrogate.

At the traffic lights on the A661 next to Sainsbury’s store, turn left onto Railway Road and continue round the perimeter of the

showground passing the Regional Agricultural Centre (RAC), Fodder Farm Shop and Café, Harrogate Caravan Park, Brown Gate

and Gold Gate following the signs to Yorkshire Event Centre and your chosen event.
